Simple Cart Java Shopping Cart / Shopcart Software

Simple Cart is a straight forward implementation of a shopping cart (or shopcart if you prefer) integrated with Struts, Hibernate and Plain old Java Objects (POJO). The Simple Cart project is dedicated to developing easy to use e-commerce tools. By this it is intended to mean that the software is easy to use whether you are a customer, administrator or programmer.

Simple Cart now provides an open source shopping cart written in pure Java. It aims at a correct implementation of known patterns and integration with the latest J2EE technologies.

Eventually we hope to become a suitable open source alternative to the more costly commerical solutions, such as Elastic Path(TM), formerly (Merchant Space) and NetPush(TM).
